DELIVERY POLICY – DUNAVOX NORDIC

Delivery Area
We deliver within Sweden, Finland, Denmark & Norway (see conditions for Norway below). For deliveries to other countries, please contact us before placing an order.
Please note for deliveries to Norway
Norway is outside the EU, and orders are shipped from Sweden as exports without Swedish VAT. Deliveries are made under DAP terms, which means that the customer is responsible for Norwegian import VAT, customs clearance, and any handling fees charged by the carrier or Norwegian customs authorities. Dunavox Nordic does not charge Norwegian VAT/MVA at checkout. Delivery times may be slightly longer due to export and import handling.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is stated on each product page and in the checkout at the time of purchase. Some products are ordered from suppliers after the customer places an order, which means delivery times may vary depending on product availability.
If delivery time changes significantly, we will inform you as soon as possible.
All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as transport delays or supplier issues.
Delivery Method
Delivery is carried out by transport partners such as PostNord, DHL, or other freight companies depending on the product size and delivery address. Larger products such as wine coolers may be delivered via home delivery or pallet freight to curbside or building entrance, depending on the selected shipping method. Carrying inside or installation services are not included unless explicitly stated.
Shipping Cost
Any shipping cost is shown in the checkout before the order is completed. Free shipping may apply during campaigns or special offers, which will then be clearly stated.
Delivery Address
Delivery is made to the address provided by the Customer at checkout. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all delivery details are correct. Additional costs caused by incorrect address information may be charged to the Customer.
Transfer of Risk
For private consumers, the risk for the product passes to the Customer when the product has been delivered to and received by the Customer. For business customers, the risk passes to the Customer when the product has been handed over to the carrier. Any visible transport damage must be reported immediately to the carrier upon delivery, documented with photos, and reported to us as soon as possible. This applies to both private and business customers.
Uncollected Shipments
If a shipment is not collected or accepted and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the Customer for shipping, return shipping, and handling costs.
Delays
In case of significant delivery delays, the Customer has the right to cancel the purchase if the delay is of material importance and cannot reasonably be accepted, in accordance with applicable consumer or commercial law.
